在服役15a的近海公路桥梁拆除之前,对墩柱钢筋保护层质量进行了详细调研,发现钢筋笼偏位明显,钢筋保护层厚度离散系数高达32%。个别墩柱混凝土开裂,裂缝表面宽度超过0.3mm,裂缝锋面抵达钢筋表面,但该处的钢筋锈蚀程度与相邻未开裂部位的差异不明显。在现场用(JTJ270-98)规定的“混凝土中钢筋半电池电位测定”得到了与实际相反的结果,而将保护层混凝土浸润饱和之后测半电池电位,判定的钢筋锈蚀状况与实际一致。
