本文通过面向辽宁区域内的建筑类企业进行建筑施工高端技能型人才培养的问卷调查,对人才需求、校企合作、企业对人才培养模式的建议进行了充分的分析。 In this paper, a questionnaire survey is conducted on the construction of high-end skilled personnel in construction enterprises in the Liaoning region. The suggestions on talent demand, school-enterprise cooperation and enterprise training model are fully analyzed.
