利用铸造分析软件对变速箱箱体消失模铸造原工艺浇注系统进行模拟。初始工艺参数:浇注温度为1420℃,负压为-0.05MPa。通过观察分析模拟结果,预测了原工艺的充型时间、凝固时间以及铸件中可能存在的缩松、缩孔缺陷的分布与尺寸。针对这些缺陷设计了新的浇注系统并进行模拟。采用修改后的浇注系统,工艺参数不变,通过对金属液的充型和凝固过程的动态观察,发现新设计的浇注系统能减少缩松、缩孔缺陷。
Casting analysis software was used to simulate the original process casting system of EPC box. Initial process parameters: pouring temperature is 1420 ℃, negative pressure is -0.05MPa. By observing and analyzing the simulation results, the filling time and the solidification time of the original process as well as the distribution and size of shrinkage and shrinkage defects that may exist in the castings are predicted. A new gating system was designed for these defects and simulated. With the modified pouring system, the process parameters are unchanged. The dynamic observation of the filling and solidification process of molten metal shows that the newly designed pouring system can reduce the shrinkage and shrinkage defects.
