本文显示小鼠胎肝细胞电泳率(EPM)比成年骨髓细胞高。用神经氨酸酶处理以后,二者 EPM 均下降,但胎肝细胞下降幅度较大。同时胎肝 CFU-S 与成年骨髓 CFU-S 的自我更新能力在用神经氨酸酶处理前后表现出与 EPM 平行的变化。文中讨论了这种关系的意义。
This article shows that mouse fetal hepatocyte electrophoresis (EPM) is higher than adult bone marrow cells. After treatment with neuraminidase, both EPM decreased, but fetal hepatocytes decreased significantly. At the same time, the self-renewal capacity of fetal liver CFU-S and adult bone marrow CFU-S showed a parallel change with EPM before and after treatment with neuraminidase. The article discusses the significance of this relationship.
