我们离开大阪,沿着大阪至京都的国道一号高速公路,不到一小时就到了位于大阪府的枚方市菊立南町的松下电器公司的教育训练中心。接待我们的是松下电器公司常务顾问凡田三郎先生。主人在致欢迎词后向我们介绍了教育训练中心的情况。一、松下电器公司的研修体系和教育训练中心的任务1.研修体系公司研修体系的建立,主要是根据公司员工对教育的多种多样的需求。教育训练中心是这一体系中的重要组成部分。教育训练中心有七大支柱,即中央社员研修所、技术研修所、生产研修所、系统工程研修所、海外研修所、松下电器工科短期大学以及在川崎市多摩巴的东京社员研修所。
