The high-strength corrugated paper project with an annual output of 200,000 tons was included in the 1999 investment project of the State Economic and Trade Commission of the People’s Republic of China. The feasibility study report was prepared by the China Beijing Light Industry Design Institute and passed on November 2, 1999. State Light Industry Bureau presided over the review. In recent years, the demand for high-end and high-strength packaging paper and paperboard in the domestic market has continued to grow.
