采用静态挂片失重、电导率测量、pH测量、氧含量测定等方法研究了模拟油田污水中的主要成份 (Cl-、Ca2 + 、O2 、HCO-3 )对A3钢腐蚀的影响并对腐蚀的原因做出了分析。在静态敞开体系中 ,当Ca2 + 、O2 、HCO-3 、Mg2 + 、SO2 -4 等离子的浓度一定 ,Cl-≤ 2 0 0 0mg L时 ,碳钢的腐蚀速率随介质中Cl-浓度增大而呈现上升趋势 ;当Cl-浓度超过此浓度后 ,A3钢的腐蚀速率随介质中Cl-浓度增大而下降。无论在高Cl-的介质中 ,还是在低Cl-的介质中 ,当Ca2 + ≤ 110mg L时 ,Ca2 + 离子的加入都会在一定程度上促进A3钢的腐蚀。
