目的对中牟县某高校大学生吸烟现状进行分析,探讨大学生吸烟行为的影响因素,为开展控烟工作提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样方式,对该高校一至三年级共715名本科生进行了问卷调查。结果收回有效问卷659份,收回率为91.9%。经调查,该高校学生现在吸烟率为9.3%。性别、所处环境与现在是否吸烟有关。性别是吸烟的危险因素;随着年级的升高,吸烟率呈下降趋势;吸烟的首要原因为好奇,其次为解闷、泄愤;初次尝试吸烟的时间主要在高中和大学阶段。结论大学生对吸烟的危害、认知度较低,但吸烟率却处于一个比较低的水平,可是近一半的吸烟者已成瘾,无法戒掉。总之,开展控烟运动已刻不容缓,成为当务之急。 Objective To analyze the smoking status of college students in a university in Zhongmou County, and to explore the influencing factors of smoking behaviors among college students and to provide a scientific basis for tobacco control work. Methods A total of 715 undergraduates from the first grade to the third grade of the university were surveyed by random sampling method. Results A total of 659 valid questionnaires were retrieved with a recovery rate of 91.9%. After investigation, the current smoking rate of college students was 9.3%. Sex, and the environment is now related to smoking. Gender is a risk factor for smoking. As the grade increases, the smoking rate shows a downward trend. The primary reason for smoking is curiosity, followed by boredom and venting anger. The time spent smoking is mainly in high school and college. Conclusions The undergraduates’ awareness of smoking is low, but the smoking rate is at a relatively low level. However, nearly half of smokers have become addicted and can not quit. In short, the tobacco control campaign has become an urgent task.
