为探讨冰片芳香开窍机理,本文介绍了采用静注和口服两种给药途径,对~3H-冰片作动力学分析。实验结果~3H-冰片单次静脉给药,其分布半衰期为分2.8分,说明该药进入体内很快分布到有关器官和组织、迅速发挥药效。在体内分布主要集中于血流丰富的器官和组织,如心脏肺、肝、肾、脑等,这为临床应用提供了一定理论依据。~3H-冰片口服给药,消除半衰期为5.3小时,说明目前冰片的服法不会产生积蓄,但生物利用度较差,是否与给药剂量、剂型有关,还得作进一步探讨。
In order to investigate the mechanism of borneol’s aroma opening, this article introduced the kinetic analysis of ~3H-borneol using both intravenous and oral administration routes. Experimental results ~ 3H-borneol single intravenous administration, the distribution of half-life is divided into 2.8 points, indicating that the drug into the body quickly distributed to the relevant organs and tissues, and quickly play a role in efficacy. Distribution in the body is mainly concentrated in blood-rich organs and tissues, such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain, etc. This provides a theoretical basis for clinical application. Oral administration of ~3H-borneol, the elimination of half-life of 5.3 hours, indicating that the current practice of borneol will not produce savings, but poor bioavailability, whether related to the dose, dosage form, have to be further explored.
