高校师资队伍建设是一个永恒的主题。师资队伍建设是实施“人才强校”战略,培育高校办学特色,增强高校综合实力,提高人才培养质量,促进高校科学发展的关键。本文通过对保定职业技术学院师资队伍现状的调研分析,结合工作实际,阐述了该院进一步加强师资队伍建设应采取的具体措施。 The construction of college faculty is an eternal theme. The construction of teaching staff is the key to the implementation of the strategy of “strengthening the university with talents”, nurturing the characteristics of running a university, enhancing the overall strength of colleges and universities, improving the quality of personnel training and promoting the scientific development of colleges and universities. Based on the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the teaching staff in Baoding Vocational and Technical College and the practical work, this paper elaborates the concrete measures that should be taken to further strengthen the teaching staff construction.
