目的 :应用棋盘格模式翻转视觉诱发电位 (P -VEP)检查 ,观察准分子激光角膜切削手术 (PRK)过程中 ,激光发射时的冲击力等对视网膜、视神经的影响。方法 :对 2 2例 4 4只眼行准分子角膜切削术前 3天及术后 3天进行视觉诱发电位检查 ,对比手术前后P10 0 波的潜伏时 (PL)、波幅 (AMP)的变化。结果 :2 2例 4 4只眼 ,手术前 :P10 0 波波幅低下伴潜伏时延迟者 6只眼 ,占 13 6% ;仅有波幅低下 3 4只眼 ,占 77 3 % ;正常 4只眼 ,占 9 1%。手术后 :P10 0 波波幅低下伴潜伏时延迟者 4只眼 ,占 9 1% ;仅有波幅低下 6只眼 ,占 13 6% ;其余均正常。治疗后波幅即是低下 ,也较前有明显提高 (P <0 0 1) ,而潜伏时无差异 (P >0 1)。结论 :从手术前后视觉诱发电位观察 ,准分子角膜切削术对视网膜、视神经无任何损害。
OBJECTIVE: To examine the effect of retinal and optic nerve changes by using checkerboard pattern reversal of visual evoked potential (P-VEP) and to observe the impact of laser emission during excimer laser keratomileusis (PRK) surgery. Methods: Visual evoked potentials were examined at 3 days before and 3 days after operation in 22 patients (44 eyes). The changes of PL and AMP during and after preoperative and postoperative P10 0 were compared. Results: Twenty-two eyes had 4 4 eyes. Before operation, the amplitude of P10 0 wave had 6 eyes with delayed latency, accounting for 13.6%. Only 34 cases with low amplitude had 77 3%. The normal 4 eyes , Accounting for 9 1%. After surgery, the amplitude of P10 0 wave was lower in 4 eyes with delayed latency, accounting for 9 1%. Only the 6 eyes with low amplitude had 13 6%. The rest were normal. After treatment, the amplitude was low, also significantly higher than before (P <0.01), while no difference between latent (P> 0 1). Conclusion: Visual evoked potentials before and after surgery, excimer keratomileusis on the retina, optic nerve without any damage.
