近年来,研究发现默认网络(default mode network,DMN)在阿尔兹海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)、癫痫(epilepsy)、抑郁(depression)等疾病中表现活动反常。这种反常表现引起了诸多神经科学者的关注,并据此提出了默认网络的相关理论,相关研究也取得积极进展。研究默认网路的活动有助于了解疾病的发展程度及临床治疗评估,具有非常重要的意义。本研究将对默认网络的研究历史、解剖基础、神经机制、及其与疾病的关系以及临床应用等方面进行综述。
In recent years, studies have found that default mode network (DMN) shows abnormal activity in diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease (AD), epilepsy, depression and the like. This anomalous behavior has aroused the attention of many neuroscientists, and accordingly put forward the relevant theory of the default network, and related research has made positive progress. Studying the activities of the default network helps to understand the extent of disease progression and clinical evaluation of treatment, which is of great significance. This research will review the research history, anatomical basis, neural mechanism of the default network, its relationship with the disease and its clinical application.
