小学科学课承担着培养未来公民科学素养的重任,小学科学课教师的专业化培养是时代的呼唤,是基础教育课程改革的需要,是应对教育国际化的需要。本文着眼于当前小学科学课实施的现状,并归纳总结其存在之问题,又针对问题找到问题产生的根源及其应对问题的策略,进而使科学课能真正落实。教育部于2001年6月颁布的《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》,是我国建国以来规模最大的基础教育课程改革总纲,规划了21世纪前10年我国基础教育课程体系的奋斗目标?
The primary science class undertakes the important task of cultivating the scientific literacy of citizens in the future. The professional training of science teachers in elementary schools is the call of the times, the need of the reform of the basic education curriculum, and the need of internationalization of education. This paper focuses on the status quo of the implementation of the current science curriculum in primary schools and summarizes its existing problems. It also finds out the root causes of the problems and the strategies for coping with the problems so as to make the science class truly implement. The Outline of Curriculum Reform in Elementary Education (Trial Version) promulgated by the Ministry of Education in June 2001 is the largest reform program in basic education in our country since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. It plans the goal of China’s basic education curriculum in the first decade of the 21st century.
