目的 :研究电、化学刺激面神经核背内侧区 (dMNF)对颏舌肌肌电活动的影响。方法 :在 2 4只氨基甲酸乙脂麻醉、断双侧迷走神经的健康成年家兔上进行实验。结果 :①长串电脉冲刺激dMNF导致颏舌肌肌电活动明显增强 ;②在dMNF内微量注射谷氨酸钠 ,颏舌肌肌电活动出现明显的易化效应 ;③单脉冲电刺激dMNF引起颏舌肌出现两次肌电反应 ,潜伏期分别为 (50 8±0 6 )ms和 (94 7±0 5)ms。结论 :dMNF对颏舌肌的肌电活动具有调节作用 ,dMNF的兴奋能增强颏舌肌的肌电活动 ,从而具有降低上呼吸道阻力的作用
Objective: To study the effects of dMNF on electro-chemical stimulation of genioglossal myoelectric activity. METHODS: Experiments were performed on 24 healthy adult rabbits with urethane anesthesia and bilateral vagus nerves. Results: (1) stimulation of dMNF by long series of electrical pulses resulted in a significant enhancement of myoelectric activity of genioglossus; (2) EMG activity of glutamate and genioglossus were significantly increased in dMNF; (dMNF) was induced by single pulse electrical stimulation The genioglossus showed two EMGs with latency of (50 8 ± 0 6) ms and (94 7 ± 0 5) ms, respectively. CONCLUSION: dMNF plays a regulatory role in the myoelectric activity of genioglossal muscles. The excitability of dMNF enhances the myoelectric activities of the genioglossal muscles and thus has the effect of reducing upper respiratory resistance
