温州蜜柑经不同程度磷胁迫处理后,其净光合速率(Pn)、光呼吸速率(Pr)、表观量子效率(AQY)、羧化效率(CE)、最大荧光(Fm)、光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、量子产量(Y)、电子传递速率(ETR)显著下降。但光呼吸/光合比(Pr/Pn)和初始荧光(Fo)显著升高。当采用叶面喷施KH2PO4的方式供磷时,缺磷状况可在24h内基本恢复到处理前的水平。
The photosynthetic rate (Pn), light respiration rate (Pr), apparent quantum yield (AQY), carboxylation efficiency (CE), maximum fluorescence (Fm) and photochemical efficiency / Fm), quantum yield (Y) and electron transfer rate (ETR) decreased significantly. However, the ratio of photorespiration / photosynthesis (Pr / Pn) and initial fluorescence (Fo) were significantly increased. When using foliar spraying KH2PO4 for phosphorus, phosphorus deficiency can be basically recovered within 24 hours to the level before treatment.
