目的:评价在新护士护患沟通能力培养中巴林特小组培训模式的应用价值。方法:本研究选择的研究样本为2016年3月至2017年3月惠州市第二人民医院新护士24名,采用随机数字法进行分组研究,其中12名予以传统培训护患沟通能力的护士设定为对照组,而12名予以巴林特小组培训模式培养护患沟通能力的护士设定为研究组,对两组患者的培训效果进行比较和评价。结果:相比较于对照组护士,研究组护士护患沟通能力各项评分(计划和准备评分、信息收集、启动沟通、信息给予、对患者观点理解、完成沟通等)均得以显著提升,数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时相比较于对照组护士,研究组护士各项情绪智力评分(了解自身情绪、识别他人情绪、管理情绪等)也得以明显提升,数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在新护士培训中巴林特小组培训模式的应用可促进护患沟通能力的提高,同时也可促进新护士情绪智力的提升。
PURPOSE: To evaluate the value of the Balint Group training model in nurse-patient communication in Nursing. Methods: Twenty-four new nurses from the Second People’s Hospital of Huizhou City from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the study sample. The random number method was used to divide the study group. Twelve of them were traditionally nurse-nurse-patient nurses As a control group, and 12 nurses who were trained in Barinote training mode to nurse-patient communication skills were set as research groups to compare and evaluate the training effects of the two groups of patients. Results: Compared with the control group nurses, the scores of nurses and nurses in the study group (score of scoring and preparation, information collection, start-up and communication, information giving, patient understanding and communication completion) were significantly improved. Data comparison (P <0.05). At the same time, compared with the control group nurses, the scores of emotional intelligence (understanding their own emotions, recognizing others’ emotions, managing emotions, etc.) of nurses in the study group also improved significantly. Conclusion: The Balint Group training mode can promote the improvement of nurse-patient communication skills and promote the emotional intelligence of new nurses.
