随着近年来军校招生计划的变化,越来越多的战士学员步入本科军事学校。学业上的弱势地位使得他们在学术和心理上都经受着巨大的考验,挫败感和自卑心理严重影响了他们的身心发展。本研究着眼于“自我效能”训练在以上两方面作用于这一群体的过程和效果。
With the changes in military enrollment plans in recent years, more and more warrior trainees have stepped into undergraduate military schools. Disadvantaged academic status so that they are subjected to a great academic and psychological tests, frustration and inferiority seriously affect their physical and mental development. This study looks at the process and effects of the “self-efficacy” training on these groups in both ways.
