目的:对藏药高原天名精Carpesium lipskyi甲醇提取物化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法:利用普通硅胶柱色谱方法进行分离、纯化,并经超导核磁共振(NMR)、质谱(MS)、红外(IR)等现代波谱技术确定其结构。结果:从高原天名精的甲醇室温提取物乙酸乙酯部位获得6个化合物,其结构被确定为β-谷甾醇(I),豆甾醇(II),二十二烷醇(III),胡萝卜苷(IV),5-羟基-3,6,7,4’-四甲氧基黄酮(V),异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(VI)。结论:6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Carpesium lipskyi methanol extract from Tibetan Plateau. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by the general method of silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were confirmed by modern spectroscopic techniques such as superconducting nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), mass spectrometry (MS) and infrared (IR). Results: Six compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate extract of methanolic extract at room temperature, and their structures were identified as β-sitosterol (I), stigmasterol (II), behenyl alcohol (III), carrot Glycoside (IV), 5-hydroxy-3,6,7,4’-tetramethoxyflavone (V), isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (VI). Conclusion: Six compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
