图书馆人力资源包括图书馆所有与馆员有关的资源。在高校图书馆的管理工作中,人力资源的管理尤为重要,高校图书馆人力资源管理研究是我国图书馆管理实践中提出的重要课题。文章从高校图书馆人力资源与人事管理的区别、人力资源的现状、树立人本管理的理念、完善人才管理机制、建立再教育机制以及科学的激励机制对高校的人力资源管理进行了思考。
Library human resources include all librarian-related resources of the library. In the management of university libraries, the management of human resources is particularly important. The research of human resources management in university libraries is an important issue raised in the practice of library management in our country. The article makes a consideration of human resource management in colleges and universities from the differences between human resources and personnel management in university libraries, the current situation of human resources, the concept of human-based management, the improvement of talent management mechanism, the establishment of re-education mechanism and the scientific incentive mechanism.
