目的：观察８－Ｃｌ－ｃＡＭＰ对人恶性胶质瘤ＴＪ_899ＸＬＥＱ ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因表达的影响。方法：体外分组培养ＴＪ_899细胞，采用原位杂交方法观察实验组和对照组ＴＪ_(899)细胞ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因表达情况。结果：加８－Ｃｌ－ｃＡＭＰ的实验组较不加８－Ｃｌ－ｃＡＭＰ的对照组ＴＪ_(899)细胞ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因表达降低。结论：８－Ｃｌ－ｃＡＭＰ可下调ＴＪ_(899)细胞 ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因表达。
Objective: To observe the effect of 8-Cl-cAMP on the expression of c-myc gene in human malignant glioma TJ_899XLEQ. METHODS: TJ_899 cells were cultured in vitro and the expression of c-myc gene in TJ_(899) cells of experimental and control groups was observed by in situ hybridization. RESULTS: The c-myc gene expression in TJ_(899) cells was lower in the experimental group with 8-Cl-cAMP than in the control group without 8-Cl-cAMP. Conclusion: 8-Cl-cAMP can down-regulate the expression of c-myc gene in TJ_(899) cells.
