目的:探讨营养教育对农村地区托幼机构保健医生的干预效果,探索农村地区托幼机构营养教育干预的有效途径。方法:以河南省农村地区托幼机构保健医生为对象,进行营养教育干预;采用知、信、行(knowledge、attitude、practice,KAP)健康教育理论,评价干预效果。结果:干预组干预前知、信、行综合评分分别为(6.56±1.73)、(6.72±1.84)、(6.60±2.47)分;干预组经过营养教育干预后,知、信、行综合评分分别为(7.47±1.44)、(7.63±1.46)、(8.10±2.34)分;对照组知、信、行综合评分分别为(6.82±1.90)、(6.95±1.80)、(6.85±2.72)分。干预组营养教育干预后其知、信、行综合评分均高于干预前和对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对农村托幼机构保健医生进行营养教育干预能有效提高其知、信、行水平。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the effects of nutrition education on health care providers in kindergartens in rural areas and to explore effective ways to nurture child health care interventions in rural areas. Methods: Nutrition and education intervention was conducted in nurseries of nurseries in rural areas of Henan Province. The health education theory of knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) was used to evaluate the effect of intervention. Results: The comprehensive score of intervention, pre-treatment, post-treatment and post-intervention in intervention group were (6.56 ± 1.73), (6.72 ± 1.84) and (6.60 ± 2.47) (7.47 ± 1.44), (7.63 ± 1.46) and (8.10 ± 2.34) points respectively. The comprehensive scores of knowledge, letter and line in the control group were (6.82 ± 1.90), (6.95 ± 1.80) and (6.85 ± 2.72) points respectively. After intervention of nutrition education in intervention group, their comprehensive score of knowledge, letter and practice were higher than those before intervention and control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nutritional education intervention for health care doctors in nursery institutions in rural areas can effectively improve their level of knowledge, communication and practice.
