实习是对大学生适应社会环境的必经之路,实习不仅可以增加学生的阅历,也是学生把所学知识运用到工作中最好途径。高校旅游管理专业中,安排学生进入酒店实习是学校必不可少的工作。但是,由于传统的酒店实习模式缺乏创新,导致学生实习的过程中所学理论知识与实践完全脱轨。学生在实习中很难得到真正的锻炼。本文首先论述旅游管理专业酒店实习的必要性,再通过分析酒店实习模式存在的问题进行总结,最后对酒店实习创新模式提出建议。
Internship is the only way for college students to adapt to the social environment. Internship can not only increase students’ experience, but also the best way for students to apply their knowledge to work. University tourism management professionals, arrangements for students to enter the hotel internship is essential to the school’s work. However, due to the lack of innovation in the traditional mode of hotel internship, the theoretical knowledge and practice learned in the process of internship are totally derailed. Students in the internship is difficult to get a real workout. This article first discusses the necessity of internship in tourism management specialty hotel, and then summarizes the existing problems in hotel internship mode, and finally puts forward suggestions on the hotel internship innovation mode.
