本文提出一种用光学补偿器及Z-80单板机解决激光束漂移的方法,从而在时间和空间上获得稳定的激光束,降低准直测量的不确定度达一个数量级以上。文中叙述了对该方法所作的理论分析及实验研究。
In this paper, a method to solve the laser beam drift with optical compensator and Z-80 single-board computer is presented, which can obtain stable laser beam in time and space and reduce the uncertainty of collimation measurement by more than one order of magnitude. The article describes the theoretical analysis of the method and experimental research.
