目的探讨米索前列醇与安定、利多卡因联合应用在取出绝经后5～10年宫内节育器过程中的价值。方法通过对本院2009年1月～2011年10月间来我院取环的绝经后5～10年的30例育龄妇女进行宫内节育器取出术,术中使用米索前列醇与安定、利多卡因。结果所有妇女均完整取出宫内节育器。结论米索前列醇与安定、利多卡因联合应用宫内节育器取出术,成功率高,并发症少,临床上建议进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the value of combination of misoprostol and diazepam and lidocaine in the treatment of intrauterine device after 5 to 10 years of menopause.
