近年来广泛使用大环内酯类抗生素小剂量、长期给药以治疗慢性鼻窦炎有较好疗效,但也有难治病例。对于此类患者给予辛夷清肺汤取得了较好的疗效。治疗1994年2～10月间红霉素等小剂量治疗4周以上无效的患儿30例,给予辛夷清肺汤。给药方法:原则上体重未满20kg患者,2.5g/d,日一次;体重20kg以上者,每日给药二次。治疗效果参考慢性鼻窦炎药效标准。从第2周进行初次判定。以自觉症状和客观体征两方面进行探讨。
