作者用改良后的减消化反应方法,测定了赣化2号杂交组合的亲本及杂种,发现IR24、献党1号和赣化2号分别是两个截然不同的类型。 IR24经KOH溶液处理,胚乳淀粉呈崩溃反应,献党1号和赣化2号无此反应。因此,用这种方法测定了赣化2号的种子纯度,并与田间种植结果作了比较。X~2测定表明:两种方法测得的结果无显著性差异。此外,又观察了不同产地、不同成熟度籽粒的碱消化反应,结果表明:品种相同,反应是一致的。因此,该方法可供种子部门实际应用。
Using the improved method of subtractive digestion, the authors determined the parents and hybrids of Ganhua 2, and found that IR24, Xian No.1 and Ganhua 2 are two distinct types, respectively. IR24 by KOH solution treatment, endosperm starch collapse reaction, Xian Party 1 and Jiangxi 2 no such reaction. Therefore, the seed purity of Ganhua 2 was determined by this method and compared with the results of field planting. The results of X ~ 2 showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods. In addition, we observed the alkaline digestibility of grains from different producing areas and different maturities. The results showed that the varieties were identical and the reaction was consistent. Therefore, this method is available for practical use in the seed sector.
