一批刚下装配线的五十铃(ISUZU)NKR552LW轻型车在总装厂试车中发现个别车辆空载匀速行驶或制动情况下后板簧发生异响,而满载情况下不论是匀速或是制动都无此现象发生。后钢板弹簧结构与异响原因:该后簧系渐变刚度板簧。第一、二、三片为主簧片,第四、五片的副簧片。中心螺栓处各片问有145×65×1的尼龙垫片。经对具有此现象空载行驶的整车的后钢板簧的观察和拆卸后该板簧的结构分析知道:发生此现象的原因在于板簧第一片和第二片或者第二片和第三片之间存在着中心螺栓至片端部
