七十年代以来,粉末冶金热锻得到了迅速的发展。这一新技术克服了普通粉末冶金零件密度低的不足,提高了强度和韧性,为粉末冶金铁基高强度零件的发展开辟了道路。粉末冶金热锻高强度零件投入生产的有:美国的Cincinnati,Gould,Federal-Mogul,Burges-Norton等公司,英国的GKN公司,瑞典的Hoganas公司,西德的Sintermetallwerk,日本的三菱金属,住友电工,神户制钢所。我国在雾化合金钢粉和粉末冶金热锻高强度零件方面也进行了很多的工作。本文对粉末锻钢的材质进行比较系统的论述,井在理论上和实际应用上加以分析探讨。
Since the seventies, powder metallurgy hot forging has been rapid development. This new technology overcomes the shortcomings of low density of common powder metallurgy parts, improve the strength and toughness, opened the way for the development of powder metallurgy iron-based high-strength parts. Powder metallurgy hot forging high-strength parts into production are: the United States Cincinnati, Gould, Federal-Mogul, Burges-Norton and other companies, the UK’s GKN company, Sweden’s Hoganas company, West Germany’s Sintermetallwerk, Japan’s Mitsubishi Metals, Sumitomo Electric Kobe Steel. China also carried out a lot of work in atomizing alloy steel powder and powder metallurgy hot-forging high-strength parts. In this paper, the material of powder forging steel is discussed systematically, and the theory and practical application are analyzed and discussed.
