为了探讨前处理对2A12铝合金发黑阳极氧化及其空间服役性能的影响,通过不同机加粗糙和表面活化等前处理对发黑阳极氧化形貌和热循环性能的影响进行了研究,并采用扫描电镜等对前处理、氧化和热循环后的形貌进行了分析。结果表明:随着表面粗糙度的增加,铝合金发黑膜层热循环性能变差,裂纹密度和宽度增加;而通过浸泡和溅射处理,由于表面微区域腐蚀,导致生成的氧化膜层与基体之间结合力下降,从而引起在热循环过程中表面膜层的脱落,并结合微观形貌以及能谱测试结果探讨了不同表面粗糙度和活化对膜层的影响机理。
In order to investigate the effect of pretreatment on blackening anodic oxidation of 2A12 aluminum alloy and its space service performance, the effects of pretreatment such as roughening and surface activation on the anodization morphology and thermal cycling performance of blackening were studied. Scanning electron microscopy and other pre-treatment, oxidation and thermal cycling after the morphology was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of surface roughness, the thermal cycling performance of the aluminum alloy blackening film deteriorates and the crack density and width increase. However, due to the surface micro-region corrosion, the oxide film layer and The binding force between the substrates decreased, which led to the detachment of the surface film during the thermal cycling. Combined with the micro-morphology and energy spectrum test results, the influence mechanism of different surface roughness and activation on the film layer was discussed.
