2008年1月至2012年12月在中国进行的猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的跟踪调查中,从辽宁、吉林、河北、山东、河南、上海、浙江和广西8个省收集到的病料中分离到11株猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)分离株,分别扩增、克隆及用RT-PCR检测这11株猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒分离株的NSP2、ORF5和ORF7基因的全序列,然后与其他分离株的已登录序列进行比对.结果表明,所有分离株的基因分型均属于美国株,但是与JXA1同源性很高,高致病性毒株为中国所特有.11株分离株均在NSP2基因含有90个核苷酸的缺失,这表明2008年流行的PRRSV为该基因缺失分离株.在这11株分离株的ORF5和ORF7基因的特定区域发现更多一致的突变,如GP5的信号肽和跨膜区及N蛋白的Pat7修饰区.这些突变是否影响PRRSV的核定位,还有待于进一步的研究来验证.
