目的研究Snail、Slug基因在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达,探讨其与肿瘤上皮-间质转化及侵袭转移之间的关系及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化EnVision法检测74例喉鳞状细胞癌组织及30例癌旁组织中Snail、Slug及Vimentin、E-cadherin的表达情况,统计分析其表达的相关性及与各临床病理指标之间的关系。结果 Snail、Slug蛋白在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的阳性率为58.2%和55.4%,高于癌旁组织中阳性率(13.3%和16.7%,P<0.05)。Snail、Slug蛋白表达与E-cadherin呈负相关性(r=-0.567,P<0.001及r=-0.457,P<0.001),与Vimentin的表达呈正相关性(r=0.453,P<0.001及r=0.376,P<0.001)。Snai、Slug蛋白表达与分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移密切相关(均P<0.05)。结论转录因子Snail、Slug可能通过参与与调控EMT过程,与喉鳞状细胞癌的发展和侵袭相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of Snail and Slug in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), and to explore the relationship between the expression of Snail and Slug gene and tumor invasion and metastasis. Methods The expressions of Snail, Slug, Vimentin and E-cadherin in 74 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 30 cases of paracancerous tissues were detected by EnVision immunohistochemical method. The correlation between the expression of Snail, Relationship between. Results The positive rates of Snail and Slug protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were 58.2% and 55.4%, respectively, which were higher than those in paracancerous tissues (13.3% and 16.7%, P <0.05). The expressions of Snail and Slug were negatively correlated with E-cadherin (r = -0.567, P <0.001 and r = -0.457, P <0.001) = 0.376, P <0.001). The expression of Snai and Slug was closely related to the degree of differentiation, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (all P <0.05). Conclusion The transcription factors Snail and Slug may be related to the development and invasion of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma by participating in and regulating the EMT process.
