随着气田进入后期开采,气井逐步实施泡沫排水、气举排水、增压等工艺措施,各种措施对下游脱水装置醇耗的影响也日益突显。通过对脱水装置处理气源气质、气量及上游气井实施措施影响进行了深入分析,认为上游来气酸性气质变化、杂质影响、增压运行及润滑油影响、气量调配频繁等是气田后期生产对脱水装置醇耗的主要影响因素。为降低脱水装置醇耗,建议在加强上游气田及脱水装置日常运行管理的同时,采取适当的增压设计,选择适当的过滤分离设备。
