“跟着协会干,不怕没钱赚。”这是四川省绵阳市涪城区不少农民如今常挂嘴边的的话。近年来,涪城区一批以民兵干部为主体的农村专业合作经济组织迅速崛起,成为一个个引领农民增收的“龙头”。截至去年,全区已有农村专业合作经济组织46个,为基地农民累计创商品收入9.48亿。今年5月初,省委、省政府在涪城区召开了经验交流会,省委书记张学忠对民兵专业合作组织快速健康发展的经验给予了充分的肯定和高度评价。 “Follow the association, not afraid of no money.” This is a lot of farmers in Fucheng District, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province now often talked about.
