作者认为建坝所引起的河流水文、水力情势的变化是建坝产生各项生态与环境影响的基本原因。本文首先从分析三峡水库的主要特点入手,然后系统地阐述了建坝后水文、水力情势的变化。在此基础上进行了建坝对库区、上游地区及中下游地区环境影响的预测,最后通过对有利影响和不利影响的综合分析,结论是:三峡工程具有巨大的环境效益,它的有利影响是主导的。本文结尾还提出了库区生态建设的建议。
The author believes that the change of river hydrology and hydraulic conditions caused by dam construction is the basic reason for various ecological and environmental impacts of dam construction. This paper first analyzes the main characteristics of the Three Gorges Reservoir, and then systematically expounds the hydrological and hydraulic changes after the dam. On this basis, the paper predicts the environmental impact of dam construction on the reservoir area, the upstream area and the middle and lower reaches. Finally, through the comprehensive analysis of the favorable and adverse effects, the conclusion is that the Three Gorges Project has a huge environmental benefit and its favorable influence Is dominant. The end of this paper also put forward the suggestion of ecological construction in reservoir area.
