北京市大兴县科学营造网、带、片、点结合的防护林体系 ,极大地改善了当地的生态环境 ,使社会发展水平和人民生活水平稳步提高 .防护林建设效果分析与评价的结果显示 ,在亚湿润干旱荒漠化地区 ,采用以防护林体系建设为主的治沙措施后 ,生态环境显著改善 ,防护林体系建设对环境的影响主要体现为正效应 .该文对大兴县防护林体系建设的效果及对当地环境的影响进行的评价 ,既丰富了环境影响评价理论 ,拓宽了环境影响的评价范围 ,又对类似地区的防护林建设提供了经验借鉴
Daxing County, Beijing Science and Technology to create a network of shelterbelts, patches, points of the shelterbelt system, which greatly improved the local ecological environment, so that the level of social development and steady improvement of people’s living standards.Experimental analysis and evaluation of shelterbelt construction results show that in Asia In humid and arid desertification areas, the ecological environment improved significantly after adopting sand control measures based on the construction of shelterbelt system, and the impact of shelterbelt system construction on the environment mainly reflected positive effects.This paper analyzed the effect of shelterbelt system construction in Daxing County on the local environment , Not only enriched the theory of environmental impact assessment, broadened the scope of evaluation of environmental impact, but also provided experiences and lessons for the construction of shelterbelts in similar areas
