针对承钢含钛高炉渣黏度大,渣铁分离较差,炉渣中含金属铁2%左右,给高炉渣利用带来了困难,使生铁成本升高等问题,分析了含钛高炉渣含金属铁的形成原因,研究了含钛高炉渣析铁行为,以及炉渣停留时间、温度、黏度对渣中铁沉降的影响。研究结果表明:渣样的停留时间与渣中含铁量有着复杂的关系,停留时间在20~30min时渣样铁聚合明显,在40~80 min时随着时间的延长铁聚沉量变化不大,但位置下移且粒度变大;温度与渣中含铁量有显著关系,随着炉渣温度的升高,渣样上部含铁量明显减少,温度为1 500℃时,渣样上部含铁量由2.0%减小到0.4%;炉渣的黏度与渣中铁含量关系密切,向高炉渣中添加Ca F2可降低炉渣黏度,提高渣中铁的聚沉程度,Ca F2加入量为1%时可达到较好的聚沉效果。
