金属镍中微量钴的测定,一般常用亚硝基R盐比色法。资料还报导过用安替比林-硫氰酸盐萃取比色测定钴的方法。本文提出二价钴在酸性介质中与硫氰酸盐及二苯基胍形成有色三元络合物,可用酮、酯类有机溶剂萃取。我们着重研究了以乙酸乙酯萃取该三元络合物的萃取酸度,试剂用量等萃取比色条件和共存离子的干扰及消除,建立了金属镍中微量钻的测定方法。操作简便快速,准确性及重现性较好。
Determination of trace amounts of cobalt in nickel, nitrosyl R salt colorimetry commonly used. The data also reported the use of antipyrine - thiocyanate extraction colorimetric determination of cobalt. In this paper, bivalent cobalt is proposed to form a colored ternary complex with thiocyanate and diphenylguanidine in acidic medium, which can be extracted with ketone and ester organic solvents. We focused on extraction of the ternary complex with ethyl acetate extraction acidity, reagent extraction conditions such as colorimetric extraction and interference and elimination of coexistent ions, the establishment of a trace of nickel metal drilling method. Easy to operate, accurate and reproducible.
