为了探讨力竭性运动对垂体──甲状腺轴的影响.让20名业余训练的体育系男大学生在功率自行车上以逐渐递增负荷的方式运动至精疲力竭。在运动前、后测定血清促甲状腺素(TSH)、四磺甲腺原氨酸(T4)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)及游离T4(FT4)和游离T3(FT3)的含量。实验结果:力竭性运动后,血清T3含量从2.40±0.27nmol/L上升至2.59±0.34nmol/L(P<0.01);血清FT4含量从13.15±3.08pmol/L上升至15.22±2.60pmol/L(P<0.05);TSH从0.86±0.26mIU/L下降至0.56±0.30mIU/L(P<0.01):T4和FT3的含量基本不变。实验表明:急性力竭性运动对垂体──甲状腺轴有一定的影响,可促进甲状腺的分泌。
To explore the effect of exhausting exercise on the pituitary ─ ─ thyroid axis. Let 20 amateur training sports male college students on the power of the bike in a gradual incremental load exercise to exhaustion. Serum levels of TSH, T4, T3 and FT4 and FT3 were measured before and after exercise. Results: After exhaustive exercise, serum T3 increased from 2.40 ± 0.27nmol / L to 2.59 ± 0.34nmol / L (P <0.01), and serum FT4 content increased from 13.15 ± 3 .08pmol / L increased to 15.22 ± 2.60pmol / L (P <0.05); TSH decreased from 0.86 ± 0.26mIU / L to 0.56 ± 0.30mIU / L (P <0. 01): T4 and FT3 content remained unchanged. Experiments show that: acute exhaustive exercise on the pituitary ─ ─ thyroid axis have a certain impact, can promote thyroid secretion.
