顶岗实习是提高学生职业素质有效形式,是实现学生“零距离”就业有效保障。然而,当前我国由于缺乏配套的职业教育法律制度,加之与之相适应的利益共赢合作机制,企业参与学生顶岗实习的积极性不高,专业对口实习岗位提供严重不足,现行职业院校推行的顶岗实习与顶岗实习培养要求存在较大差距。文章分析了当前职业院校顶岗实习实施过程中存在的普遍问题,并针对这些问题,结合本院电子商务专业实践,探究性提出应对策略。
