目的:研制一种新型的立体视觉检查图卡及相应观片装置。方法:立体视觉检查图卡含随机点图对合成、普通图对合成、彩色体视图对合成以及非图对合成4 种,采用彩虹全息技术制作。观片装置有眼位固定标志、特定角度照明、选择使用的点光源及带状光源。结果和结论:依据该设计制作的样机显示,裸眼即可进行立体视锐度检查,且因能防止强记猜图,检查条件规范,检查结果的可靠性明显提高。
Purpose: To develop a new type of stereoscopic visual inspection card and corresponding viewing device. Methods: Stereo-vision examination of graph cards containing random dot plots for synthesis, common plot pair synthesis, color volume view synthesis, and non-graph pair synthesis were performed using rainbow holographic techniques. The film viewer has a fixed eye mark, a specific angle of illumination, a point light source that is selected for use, and a band light source. Results and Conclusions: According to the prototype display made by this design, the naked eye can perform stereoscopic visual acuity checking, and because it can prevent strong guessing and guessing, inspection conditions are standardized, and the reliability of the inspection result is significantly improved.
