针对传统矿用锚杆锚索无法实现让压吸能的不足,为设计出满足防冲吸能要求的组合式锚杆索,对防冲吸能锚杆索的吸能构件中不同螺纹尺寸进行数值模拟研究,以确定满足设计要求的最优螺纹尺寸组合.利用ANSYS软件进行前处理、LS-DYNA进行求解计算,正交试验法进行结果分析,研究不同尺寸内螺纹吸能效果,考察各个因素对工作阻力的影响.结果表明:对构件工作阻力影响最大的参数是螺纹厚度,其次是螺距,最后是螺纹剪切高度.螺纹厚度越大,构件的工作阻力越大;螺距越大,构件的工作阻力越小;剪切高度为3 mm时,构件工作阻力最大;利用正交试验分析,得到满足设计要求的吸能构件螺纹最优尺寸为螺距10 mm,螺纹厚度4 mm,剪切高度3 mm.
