采用改良双向琼脂扩散法,32例过敏性哮喘血清中有15例可检得细菌抗体,其中肺炎球菌的阳性率为31.25%,流感杆菌为18.75%,42例正常人仅6例阳性,肺炎球菌和流感杆菌均呈阴性。 细菌抗体检出率与能敏感反映炎症的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)值有关。13例CRP增高的过敏性哮喘中有11例可检得细菌抗体,表明细菌感染同样在过敏性哮喘中起一定作用。
