针对淮北矿业集团某煤矿7209胶带机巷工作运输面支护工程所遇问题,分析该巷围岩在极松散煤层破坏的原因和复合顶板支护的难点,提出了1种嵌合互补支护方式,即“U钢棚架+锚杆和高强度双V型钢板支架补强+锚索及钢筋网网喷”。介绍了这种支护之间的作用机理,并进行了现场试验且取得了良好效果。嵌合互补支护方案在巷道工程中的实际应用改变了巷道随开采深入而支护困难的情况,提高了工程施工效率。
Aiming at the problems encountered in the work of transportation face support for a coal mine 7209 belt conveyor in Huaibei Mining Group, the reasons for the failure of the surrounding rock in the extremely loose coal seam and the difficulties of composite roof support are analyzed. A kind of complementary support method , That is, “U steel scaffolding + bolt and high-strength double V-shaped steel stent reinforcement + anchor and steel mesh spray.” The mechanism of this kind of support was introduced, and the field test was carried out with good results. The practical application of the chimera complementary supporting scheme in the roadway engineering has changed the situation that the roadway is difficult to support with the further mining and improves the construction efficiency.
