近日,首例高海拔光伏电站藏标检测工作顺利完成,全部使用阳光电源低电压大功率集中式逆变器的龙源西藏羊八井光伏电站一次性通过检测。该藏标推行将有利于提升西藏地区光伏发电接入,提高西藏电网运行的安全性、稳定性和高效性。今年7月,藏中电网光伏电站功率出现较大波动,导致电网周波跌至49.2赫兹,严重影响了藏中电网的安全稳定运行和电力供应。因此西藏地调在国标之外,特提出了藏标——系统频率低于47赫兹10秒不脱网、高于52赫兹10
