现代医学认为纤维肉瘤是非常少见的软组织肿瘤。本组28例随访均满10年。现将28例作临床分析并初步探讨影响纤维肉瘤预后的临床因素。临床资料一、一般资料:28例病人中,男17例,女11例。年龄最小18岁,最大67岁。以31岁～50岁最多见,占53.57％(15/28)。全部病例均经外科手术治疗。6例为首次在本院切除,另22例均在外院多次手术后复发而来本院再次切除,手术次数一般为2～3次,最多者为5次。
Modern medicine believes that fibrosarcoma is a very rare soft tissue tumor. 28 patients in this group were followed for at least 10 years. Now 28 cases were analyzed clinically and the clinical factors affecting the prognosis of fibrosarcoma were preliminarily explored. Clinical data 1. General information: Of the 28 patients, 17 were males and 11 were females. The youngest is 18 years old and the oldest is 67 years old. The most common is 31 to 50 years old, accounting for 53.57% (15/28). All cases were treated surgically. Six cases were excised for the first time in our hospital, and the other 22 cases were relapsed after multiple operations in the external hospital. The number of operations was usually 2 to 3 times and the maximum number was 5 times.
