目的探讨抗菌药物在临床的合理应用情况。方法随机抽取2004、9～2006、2的出院病历182例进行分析。结果其中174例都应用抗菌药物,占抽查病历数的95.6%,无菌手术预防性用药的55例,不合理用药的40例,内科呼吸道感染56例,不合理应用抗菌药物23例,无菌手术34例,不合理用药12例,其它29例,不合理用药8例。结论不合理用药主要在不合理联合应用抗菌药物以及在预防性应用方面的不合理。
Objective To investigate the rational application of antibacterials in clinical practice. Methods A total of 182 cases of discharged patients from 2004 to 2006 were randomly selected for analysis. Results Of the 174 cases, antibiotics were used in all 174 cases, accounting for 95.6% of the total cases, 55 cases of aseptic surgery, 40 cases of irrational use, 56 cases of internal respiratory tract infections, 23 cases of unreasonable use of antibiotics, 34 cases of surgery, unreasonable medication in 12 cases, the other 29 cases, irrational medication in 8 cases. Conclusion Irrational use of drugs mainly in unreasonable joint use of antimicrobial agents and in the preventive application of unreasonable.
