针对?66.675 mm QT900连续油管施工全过程寿命的破漏损伤特征,采取在倒换连续油管过程中进行在线检测和分段取样方法,对样品进行测量、爆破、弯曲、压扁和抗拉等系列试验检测工作,对该连续油管施工寿命情况和检测试验结果进行综合分析,发现影响连续油管寿命因素多,但弯曲是导致连续油管疲劳损伤影响其寿命的主要因素,根据寿命影响因素特征分析结果,提出了平均化弯曲次数、倒换连续油管、强化工艺设计等降低连续油管疲劳和损伤的系列对策,为提高连连续油管使用寿命提供了科学指导。
In view of the characteristic of the leakage of the whole life of the 66.675 mm QT900 coiled tubing, the series of tests including on-line inspection and staged sampling during the switching of coiled tubing were carried out to measure, blast, bend, crush and pull the samples According to the results of the characteristic analysis of the influencing factors of life expectancy, the results show that there are many factors affecting the life of coiled tubing, but the bending is the main factor that causes the fatigue damage of coiled tubing to affect its life. A series of measures to reduce the fatigue and damage of the coiled tubing, such as averaging the number of bending times, switching the coiled tubing, and strengthening the process design, are provided to provide scientific guidance for improving the service life of the coiled tubing.
