本文提出了一种带孔高应变梯度异形试板,试验结果表明,该试板能较好地模拟压力容器按管区应变场,具有类似于接管拐角裂纹的断裂机理及特征。采用多试件法标定出J参量曲线,并进一步通过计算机进行分析处理,求得了J参量计算公式。用显微摄影法求得了三种定义下的CTOD δ_1线,进而求得了关系式J=mσ_yδ_t及m的变化规律。还将试验结果推广到容器接管拐角裂纹问题,讨论了接管断裂安全工程评定及J参量控制裂纹扩展问题。
In this paper, a high strain gradient specimen with holes is presented. The experimental results show that the test plate can simulate the strain field of the pressure vessel by the zone well and has the fracture mechanism and characteristics similar to those of the taken-over corner crack. Multi-sample method was used to calibrate the J-parameter curve, and further processed by computer to calculate the J-parameter calculation formula. The three definitions of CTOD δ_1 line were obtained by the method of photogrammetry, and the change rule of the relation J = mσ_yδ_t and m was obtained. The test results are also extended to the problem of corner cracks in the container takeover. The evaluation of the takeover fracture safety engineering and the control of crack propagation by J-parameters are discussed.
