运用定量混合培养技术,以变形链球菌作为对照,分析了血链球菌与常见牙周可疑致病菌的相互关系。结果表明,血链球菌对牙周可疑致病菌均有很强的抑制作用,抑菌率接近100%,变形链球菌虽然对牙周可疑致病菌也有一定的抑制作用,但强度远低于血链球菌的作用。另外,血链球菌对牙周可疑致病菌的抑制作用也是随条件而改变的,当中间普氏菌菌落数为血链球菌菌落数的6.25倍时,血链球菌的生长完全受到抑制,显示了两者相互拮抗关系。
