本文就不同浓度的厨房油垢萃取物及烟草凝集物对小鼠体外受精过程及受精卵发育的影响进行了研究。结果表明,500倍稀释的烟草凝集物和50倍稀释的厨油萃取液对小鼠的体外受精过程具有抑制作用,其受精率分别为42.4%和36.5%,与单纯培养液对照组(57.6%)相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。此外,50倍稀释的厨油萃取液对小鼠受精卵的发育亦有抑制作用。这提示妇女在妊娠早期尽可能避免接触这些环境化学物质是必要的。
In this paper, different concentrations of kitchen grease extract and tobacco agglutinate on in vitro fertilization and fertilized egg development in mice were studied. The results showed that 500-fold diluted tobacco aggregates and 50-fold diluted kitchen oil extract inhibited the in vitro fertilization of mice, the fertilization rates were 42.4% and 36.5%, respectively, compared with the control group (57.6% ), The difference was significant (P <0.05). In addition, 50 times diluted kitchen oil extract also inhibited the development of mouse fertilized eggs. This suggests that it is imperative that women avoid exposure to these environmental chemicals as early as possible during pregnancy.
